Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed December 26, 2003, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because she voluntarily left her employment without good cause.

Claimant, an account administrator for a bank, met with several high-ranking bank officials and explained her dissatisfaction with her manager and her recent performance evaluation. *758During the meeting, one of the bank officials raised his voice to claimant.
