RiNer, Justice.
By this proceeding in error the Laramie Valley Railway Company, a corporation, asks a review of the record made in an action brought by it under Chapter 314, Compiled Statutes of Wyoming 1930, to condemn a right of way through lands owned by Gustav Gradert, Trustee, et al. The parties will be referred to hereinafter generally as plaintiff and defendants, respectively.
