MEMORANDUM OPINION
MAHON, District Judge.
On April 4, 1972, the plaintiffs in this cause of action filed a suit for injunctive relief and damages for defendants’ alleged violations of the Sherman, Clayton and Robinson-Patman Antitrust Acts. With the exception of Albert B. Alkek, service of process was effected on all parties. On July 10, 1972, plaintiffs, pursuant to Rule 4(d)(7), Fed.R.Civ.P., 28 U.S.C.
