This action is presently before the court on the motion of Edgar Stowers, et al., under Rule 60(b), Fed.R.Civ.P., to vacate the order of this court entered on September 10, 1974 approving a proposed consent decree. Sagers v. Yellow Freight System, Inc., 388 F.Supp. 528 (N.D.Ga.1974). See note 5 infra. Mov-ants are unnamed members of the class previously certified in this action, Sag-ers v. Yellow Freight System, Inc., 58 F.R.D. 54 (N.D.Ga.1972), and contend that this court ignored the clear mandate of Rule 23(e), Fed.R.Civ.P., “when it approved and…
