This case is before us on appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant/appellee Boston and Maine Corporation. Plaintiff/appellant Angie M. Moody, personal representative of the Estate of Leon H. Moody, brought this action against Boston and Maine Corporation under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (“FELA”), 45 U.S.C. §§ 51 et seq., for the alleged wrongful death of her husband, Leon Moody.
