LESLIE BROCK YATES, Justice.

Appellant, Mark Sam Arthur, was convicted by a jury of aggravated robbery and sentenced to life imprisonment. On appeal, appellant challenges his conviction in six points of error. Appellant argues, in points one and two, the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to support the jury finding that a firearm was used or exhibited; in points three and four, the trial court erred in allowing evidence of an extraneous offense; and in points five and six, the trial court erred in overruling appellant’s objection to an improper jury argument by the State.…
