PELLEGRINO, J.
The defendant, Bruce Warren Souza, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered following a jury trial, of burglary in the second degree in violation of General Statutes (Rev. to 2007) § 53a-102 (a) (2). On appeal, the defendant claims that (1) the evidence was not sufficient to support the jury’s verdict and (2) prosecutorial impropriety during the state’s closing argument deprived him of his right to due process. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
