Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Michigan. Bill by the Arctic Iron Company against the Cleveland-Cliffs Iron Company and another. From a decree for complainant, defendants appeal. Questions certified to the United States Supreme Court.

As a result of the consideration which we gave to this case after it was submitted, we certified to the Supreme Court several matters which we thought to be questions of law arising upon the record, and each of which might have been decisive of the entire case. The Supreme Court held that the questions were not such as *17the statute contemplated (section 239 of the Judicial Code [Act March 3, 1911, c. 231, 36 Stat. 1157, Comp.
