This is a suit to recover on a temporary insurance policy, commonly known as a binder of insurance. First Bank and Trust of Groves, Texas, as a loss payee on an insurance binder, sued Southern County Mutual Insurance Company, R.O. Williams, Jr., R.O. Williams, Jr., d/b/a Colonial Surplus Underwriters Agency, R.O. Williams Co., Inc., Norman Edwards, Norman Edwards d/b/a Colonial Surplus Underwriters Agency, and Colonial Surplus Underwriters Agency.
