MEMORANDUM OPINION

FACCIOLA, United States Magistrate Judge.

This case was referred to me for the resolution of Chitwood & Harley’s Motion for Court Assistance in Allocating the Court’s Attorneys’ Fee Award Among Plaintiffs’ Counsel. Upon consideration of the motion, opposition, and the evidence introduced during two phases of an eviden-tiary hearing, the motion is granted in part and denied in part. Also ripe and ready for consideration are two additional motions. For the reasons stated herein, Cohen, Milstein, Hausfeld & Toll’s Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim is denied and…
