The Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, proceeding under Code (1966 Repl. Vol.), Art. 26, §§ 51 through 71, “Juvenile Causes,” and particularly § 52 (f) “Neglected child,” 1 found various young illegitimate infants to be living in an un*477stable moral environment and therefore neglected, solely because each infant lived in a home with the mother and at least one illegitimate sibling, and ordered the infants to be taken from their mothers and placed in foster homes.
