This is a health-care case that plaintiffs eventually seek to certify as a class action. 1 Plaintiffs Jennifer Burton, Francis Burton, and Nia Burton 2 (collectively referred to as the Burtons) are suing Defendants William Beaumont Hospital and Beaumont Properties, Inc.
