Plaintiff Lloida Lorens (“Lorens” or “Plaintiff’) filed the instant action as a class action complaint against Defendants *830Catholic Healthcare Partners, Community Health Partners, Community Health Partners Hospital and Surgical Center and ten John Does (together “CHP”), and the American Hospital Association (“AHA”) (together, “Defendants”).
