Before the court are several motions filed by defendant Bobby L. Sanford [hereinafter Sanford]: namely, motion for partial summary judgment as to plaintiffs claim of lack of insurable interest [docket # 32]; motion for partial summary judgment as to “suspect” status [docket # 38]; and, motion to dismiss, or alternatively for partial summary judgment [docket # 33].
