HUTCHINSON, Circuit Judge.
Appellant, Scott David Lattany (Lattany), appeals a judgment in a criminal action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania convicting him of two counts of bank robbery and one count of attempted bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113(a) (West Supp. 1992). Lattany asks us to reverse his conviction and dismiss the indictment with prejudice.
