EDWIN L. NELSON, District Judge.
I. Introduction
The plaintiff, Ms. Guldane T. Brady (“Ms. Brady”), brings this action under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. Specifically, she claims that the defendant discriminated against her because of her national origin and because she filed EEO complaints. This *1565action is presently before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment filed October 31, 1995. Upon due consideration, defendant’s motion for summary judgment will be granted.
