MEMORANDUM OPINION

BLACKWELL N. SHELLEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court upon the filing of a motion to enlarge the period for filing complaints to determine the dis-chargeability of a debt and objections to discharge by Bradco Supply Corporation (Bradco), a creditor. After notice and a hearing at which the debtor objected to the relief sought by the motion, and after sub mission of briefs in support of their respective positions, this Court renders the following opinion.
