On June 7, 2004, Mr. Hyatt filled a Notice of Appeal of an April 26, 2004, decision of the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board). On August 6, 2007, a panel of this Court issued a decision on this appeal. On August 29, 2007, the Court entered its judgment. On October 11, 2007, the represented movant, Mrs. Hyatt, notified the Court that Mr. Hyatt had died on August 24, 2007; accordingly, Mrs. Hyatt filed motions for substitution of party and for judgment to be re-issued nunc pro tunc.
