Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Buchanan, J.), entered June 23, 2014 in Essex County, which, among other things, partially dismissed petitioner’s application, in a combined proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 and action for declaratory judgment, to, among other things, compel a refund of certain real property taxes paid by petitioner.
