This is an appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Clinton County, rendered June 28, 1974, convicting defendant, on his plea of guilty, of the crimes of criminal *432possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree.

On December 4, 1973, premises occupied by the defendant in the City of Plattsburgh were searched in his presence.
