These cases concern two decisions of the court of appeals, New Hampshire Insurance Co. v. Constitution Associates, 908 P.2d 1163 (Colo.App.1995), and Connecticut General Life Insurance Co. v. A.A.A Waterproofing, Inc., 911 P.2d 684 (Colo.App.1995).
