MEMORANDUM

OBERDORFER, District Judge.

This case involves a lawsuit for damages under the Federal Tort Claims Act (“FTCA”). Plaintiffs allege that the United States Park Police engaged in an unreasonable search and seizure of their home in northwest Washington, D.C. They originally filed suit against the United States, the District of Columbia, and several individuals, all of whom were affiliated with the U.S. Park Police. See Pl.’s Compl. at 2-3.
