BLACKBIRD, Vice Chief Justice.

This appeal involves a controversy concerning the title and right to possession of one acre of land with a school house, or building, and teacherage thereon, in a rural community of Cleveland County, known as “Independence.”

Before establishment of the school thereon, the acre of land was conveyed by its owners Samuel B. and Caroline G. Craig to “The Trustees of School District No. 37 of Cleveland Co., Oklahoma, and Their Successors in Office” by general warranty deed executed and delivered in 1903.
