Arnold-Burger, J.:
Dewayne V. Hambright pled guilty to criminal damage to property, which had a recommended probation period of 24 months. The district court, on its own motion, sentenced Hambright to 36 months of probation. The court also ordered Hambright to pay $60,000 restitution at a rate of $500 per month. Because we find that the district court did not abuse its discretion in setting a probation term of 36 months, we affirm Hambrights legal sentence.
