Defendant David Watson appeals from the trial court’s denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 604(d). (107 Ill. 2d R. 604(d).) Defendant argues that the trial court erred in denying the public defender’s motion to withdraw as counsel at the hearing on his motion to vacate his guilty plea.
