MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The plaintiff has moved pursuant to Rule 12(f), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, to strike Chase’s two “Affirmative Defenses.” This follows on the heels of his successful motion to strike Chase’s original 13 Affirmative Defenses. See Riemer v.
