Lewis E. Hunt, plaintiff, has brought this action seeking a review of a final decision *626of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, denying the plaintiffs claim for black lung benefits under the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act, as amended, 30 U.S.C. § 901 et seq. Jurisdiction is vested in this court pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), incorporated by reference in 30 U.S.C. § 923(b), to review the final decision of the Secretary. In his motion for summary judgment, or in the alternative for a remand, the plaintiff claims that…
