Costigan Media (“Costigan”) moves to intervene in the above captioned matters and to unseal documents relating to two seizure warrants associated with the Government’s investigation of internet gambling, claiming rights of access grounded in the common law and the First Amendment. Costigan operates the website gambling911.com and publishes a newsletter, both of which report on issues affecting the gambling industry, including legislation, criminal prosecutions of industry participants, and efforts to legalize various forms of gambling.…
