Memorandum of Decision

This case, in which the plaintiff Uriah Jones (Jones) claimed he sustained personal injuries when he slipped and fell on an icy walkway while exiting a movie theater owned and operated by the defendant National Amusements, Inc. (National Amusements1), was tried to a jury on November 15, 16, 17 and 18, 1999.
