Gloria and James Mahon (the “Mahons”) appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the Credit Bureau of Placer County, Inc. and its president, Eugene Bellisario (collectively, the “Credit Bureau”), in the Mahons’ action alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692g.
