1 Tracy Lynn Myers filed this suit in an attempt to terminate his alimony obligations to his ex-wife Becky Sue Myers on the ground that she had been "cohabiting with another person" under Utah Code section 30-3-5(10). The district court concluded that Ms. Myers had cohabited in her parents' home with their teenage foster son (M.H.), and on that basis terminated Mr. Myers's alimony obligation.
