This matter comes before the court on defendants’ motions to dismiss (Doc. 48, 50, 53) pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). Siefkes’ complaint alleges a claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, as well as four state law claims brought to this court under the supplemental jurisdiction doctrine. United Mine Workers v. Gibbs, 383 U.S. 715, 86 S.Ct. 1130, 16 L.Ed.2d 218 (1966) and 28 U.S.C. § 1367, Pub.L. 101-650.
