James and Bridget Dixon, being of advanced years, executed an instrument conveying to two of their eleven children about 625 acres of land, “in *380trust, however, for the use and benefit of .the children of the parties of the first part, to be held and cared for, and disposed of as followsThen, after providing for the funeral expenses of "James Dixon in case of his death, it proceeded:
