The appellee recovered judgment for injuries received by him while working in appellant’s quarries. In his complaint, he alleges, among other things, that he was employed to scabble stone, and for no other purpose; that while engaged in this work, in a safe place, "the defendants, by their agents and em*564ployes, ordered and directed him” to leave the safe place and go to work at a place which was unsafe, as they well knew, where he was injured, without any fault upon his part and without any knowledge of the danger, but believing the place to be safe and secure.
