Before the Court following hearing is defendants’ motion for summary judgment [21]. Plaintiff Allisa Dock was terminated from her job as a bus associate for the Des Moines Public School District (“District”) as a result of an incident between Ms. Dock and her supervisor, Sheila Mason, on March 2, 2006.
