William Weiler applied to the Social Security Administration for disability benefits. After the Administration denied the application originally and on reconsideration, the case came before an Administrative Law Judge who denied the benefits, finding that Weiler was not disabled. The Appeals Council of the Administration adopted the ALJ’s findings and conclusions.
