On November 13, 1970, the state bar examining committee petitioned the Superior Court to vacate that court’s orders of May 15, 1970, and October 8,1970, granting the respondent, Thomas J. Courtney, a temporary license to practice law. The court issued an order directing the respondent to appear before it and show cause why the petition should not be granted. After a hearing on this petition, the court vacated the orders granting a temporary license and revoked it. From this judgment, the respondent appealed.
