Plaintiff, City of Dubuque, filed its petition for a writ of mandamus to compel defendant treasurer of Du-buque county, to sell tbe property of the Dubuque Bridge Commission for nonpayment of taxes for 1945, payable in 1946, amounting to $10,631, upon the Iowa portion of the Julien Dubuque bridge across tbe Mississippi river, between Dubuque, Iowa, and East Dubuque, Illinois.
