This is an appeal from an order granting the plaintiff a new trial, after verdict for the defendant, and, limiting the new trial to damages only. (The order granting a new trial also granted it in general terms.) The case arose out of an automobile accident at the junction of the Stillwater Road and U. S. Highway 93 in FÍathead County, Montana. The plaintiff, Marian Faucette, was riding as passenger in a car being driven by her husband.
