The bill in this cause was filed to recover on a policy of fire insurance issued by the defendant in the sum of $1000 on a two-story shingle roof frame building, situated in the town of Huntsville, Tennessee. Said policy having been issued to complainant T. S-. Sexton on May 2, 1923. On October 4, 1925, the building covered by the insurance policy was destroyed by fire, and resulted in a total loss of the building.
