Following a bench trial, the defendant, Reginald Baldwin, was convicted of armed robbery and sentenced to six years’ imprisonment. The defendant appeals from the conviction.

On appeal, defendant contends (1) his conviction must be reversed where it was based on identification testimony that was doubtful and vague and, therefore, he was not proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt; (2) his conviction must be reversed because of errors made by the trial court in determining that defendant was fit for trial and was able to cooperate with his counsel; and (3) he did not receive effective assistance…
