Plaintiffs’ complaint arises as a result of a Settlement Agreement executed by the plaintiffs and the defendants on January 29, 1983. By the express terms of that Agreement, plaintiffs agreed to transfer to defendant Southern New England Production Credit Association (“SNEPCA”) real estate and personal property located in Connecticut and Maine.
