Darnell Peete (Petitioner) filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus along with Suggestions in Support and Exhibits, alleging that his attorney failed to file a direct appeal of Petitioner’s convictions of rape, sodomy and child molestation. On February 5, 2009, we entered an Order to Show Cause to Respondent as to why Petitioner’s Petition should not be granted.
