This is an appeal from an order of the district court, Gallatin 'County, ssutaining a determination of the "Workmen’s Compensation Division.

Appellant suffered an industrial accident in the nature of a broken ankle of his right leg on June 9, 1959. On July 13, 1959, •appellant filed an employee’s claim for compensation with the Industrial Accident Board (predecessor to the Division of Workmen’s Compensation, Department of Labor and Industry).
