This is a replevin case wherein defendant appeals from a judgment entered on a verdict in favor of plaintiff, in an action for the recovery of possession of a Pontiac coupe.

Both plaintiff and defendant were engaged as dealers in automobiles in the Borough of Brownsville. The car in question at the time of the issuance of the writ was in the possession of the defendant. Plaintiff’s statement of claim set forth the alleged ownership of the car, having acquired the title thereto by purchase on June 6, 1930, and the certificate of title in his own name, and that he…
