This matter is before the Court on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and to Strike the Intervenor's Complaint [71]. After due consideration, the Court enters the following Order:
I. BACKGROUND
In October 2013, Relator Laura Dildine brought this qui tam action against Dr. Aarti Pandya on behalf of the United States, alleging violations of the federal False Claims Act ("FCA"), 31 U.S.C. § 3729.
