The matter before the Court is the Complaint Objecting to Discharge of Debts and Debtor’s Response and Answer to Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt. A trial was held on September 8, 2015, at which Plaintiff, The Keefe Law Firm, LLC appeared by counsel and Debt- or appeared in person and by counsel.
