MILLER, Justice.

ACTION

Roger and Nance Allan (Allans) appeal the trial court’s dismissal of their complaint against Carl and Gregory Sheesley (Shees-leys).1 We affirm.

PACTS

This matter arises out of the sale of a motel in Spearfish, South Dakota. Allans bought the motel from Sheesleys and Hans Pfeiffer (Pfeiffer) in September 1984 by assuming their obligations under a contract for deed for purchase of the motel from S.W. Croes (Croes).
