Brannon, President:

At one term of the circuit court of Barbour county, upon a writ of scire facias on a recognizance entered into by E. M. Kay and others with condition that Ray appear before the court to answer the State in a prosecution for selling' ¿liquor, the court rendered judgment and awarded execution in favor of the State against the defendants for ■one hundred dollars and costs.
