This appeal is made to this court from an apportionment of an award of $36,000.00 in an action by the Director of Highways for the State of Ohio to appropriate land for highway purposes, entered on March 9, 1962, in the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County, in favor of the owners of a parcel of real estate under lease to Texaco, Inc. as a gasoline station and located at Babbitt Road and Lakeland Boulevard in the City of Euclid, Ohio. Defendant appellant is Texaco, Inc.
